Pune: VK Group is organizing a three-day exhibition titled ‘VKollective – Building the City We Call Home’ from February 21 to 23, 2025. The event will take place at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Center, Ghole Road, Pune, and will be open to the public free of cost.
The exhibition will showcase innovative architectural designs from the past 50 years, covering projects from Pune and beyond. Managing Director Architect Hrishikesh Kulkarni, in a press conference, emphasized that the event aims to highlight the city’s evolving skyline and foster discussions on sustainable urban development.
The event will include workshops and expert-led panel discussions focusing on Pune’s urbanization, infrastructure, and planning. The inauguration, scheduled for February 21 at 3 PM, will be conducted by Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, with Minister of State for Urban Development Madhuri Misal and Shivajinagar MLA Siddharth Shirole as special guests.
Honoring Urban Development Leaders
To recognize contributions to Pune’s urban progress, VK Group will felicitate industry leaders under the title ‘Leaders of Change.’ The honorees include:

This will be followed by a panel discussion on ‘Building the City of Tomorrow’ featuring renowned architects and planners.

The Future of Town Planning by Vijay Sane, VK Group
On the final day, experts from metro rail, smart city initiatives, and real estate will discuss Pune’s future, including Brijesh Dixit on metro development and Kunal Kumar on the Smart Cities Mission.
