On Wednesday, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi claimed significant electoral fraud in the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections, asserting that a Brazilian model was registered as a voter in Haryana 22 times across at least 10 different polling stations.
He further alleged that the BJP's win was secured through 'fraudulent votes' and 'extensive manipulation' of postal ballots. 'Congress was defeated by 22,000 votes, but who is this woman? She casts her vote 22 times in Haryana, across 10 different polling stations in Haryana. She uses various names,' stated Rahul Gandhi.
He asserted that this indicates a centralized operation. The woman is a Brazilian model, and the image is a stock photo. She is just one among 2.5 million similar records in Haryana.
Speaking at a press conference at the AICC headquarters in New Delhi before the initial phase of the Bihar assembly elections, Gandhi remarked, 'Every poll indicated a Congress win with 52 to 62 seats, but the outcomes were completely unexpected.'
He stated that, for the first time in Haryana's election history, the pattern of postal votes differed from that of regular votes. He also mentioned that Congress was defeated by only 22,000 votes, despite a total vote difference of 1.18 lakh. He alleged that there was a theft of 25 lakh votes in Haryana, with 12.5 percent being fraudulent. He claimed that approximately 93,000 addresses were invalid and accused the Election Commission of limiting access to voter information.
Gandhi expressed his doubts about the Election Commission and the democratic process, claiming he had '100% proof' and described the inconsistencies as 'unbelievable.' He emphasized the importance for India's Gen Z to grasp this issue, as it concerns their future. 'I am questioning the EC and the democratic process in India, and I am doing it with 100 percent proof,' stated Rahul Gandhi.
Rahul Gandhi remarked, 'We are quite certain that a scheme was initiated to turn the Congress's overwhelming win into a defeat. Observe the smile on Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini's face and pay attention to the 'arrangement' he mentions,' while the auditorium displayed a clip from the BJP's previous press conference.
Rahul Gandhi stated that a woman was recorded 223 times in the polling process and had the ability to vote as many times as she desired. The Election Commission possesses information on her voting frequency, which is why they eliminated the CCTV footage.
He further claimed that fraudulent images were employed to submit multiple votes under the same identity. 'We have the term 'H' Files, which pertains to the theft of an entire state. We believed this wasn't occurring in isolated constituencies, but rather at the state and national levels,' stated Rahul Gandhi.
He mentioned that they received numerous complaints from their candidates in Haryana, indicating that something was amiss and not functioning properly. Their forecasts were completely off. Although they had encountered similar issues in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra, they chose to focus specifically on Haryana to investigate the situation in detail.
According to all exit polls, Congress was expected to win in Haryana. Additionally, it was surprising to us that, for the first time in Haryana's electoral history, the postal votes differed from the actual votes, the Congress MP stated.

The Congress leader previously cautioned about unveiling what he described as a 'hydrogen bomb' of proof concerning voter fraud, following his earlier disclosure of irregularities in Mahadevpura, which he referred to as an 'atom bomb.'
