The weather office has urged residents to stay cautious while stepping out, as heavy showers have led to slow-moving traffic and waterlogging in several key areas.

The IMD stated that the rain activity is linked to a depression over the east-central Arabian Sea, which is moving northeast toward Maharashtra’s western coast. This weather system is expected to bring heavy showers and thunderstorms to Pune and nearby regions.
