Pune, 25th August 2026: A customer has alleged that he found a worm in a food item purchased from PAUL Bakery at Phoenix Marketcity in Viman Nagar, Pune. The claim has raised concerns about food hygiene and quality-control practices at the outlet.

Vinod Tilekar shared his experience on X, stating that he had purchased food from the bakery to take home a couple of months ago. According to his account, he allegedly found a worm in the food item after reaching home.
