On February 16, the initial day, access to certain sections of the summit will be restricted. The expo area will not be accessible to the general public on this day, as its inauguration is planned for a later time. From February 17, the exhibition will be open to all visitors. The schedule includes keynote addresses and policy debates on February 16 and 17, a research symposium on February 18, and major plenary sessions later in the week. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is anticipated to participate in the primary summit sessions, which will be accessible only to authorized participants.
On the last day, February 20, there will be meetings with international AI collaborators and concluding discussions. Interested participants must register online via the official summit website. While registration is complimentary, it is required. After approval, participants will get a confirmation email and a QR code, both of which need to be shown at the venue with a valid photo ID for entry.
