Apple has released the first public beta of iOS 27, giving eligible iPhone users early access to its next major software update ahead of its wider rollout later this year. The update introduces an AI-powered Siri, a redesigned Liquid Glass interface, performance improvements and new features across several built-in apps.
iOS 27's biggest update is a redesigned AI-powered Siri, which offers more natural conversations, improved in-app actions and a conversation history feature. The update also expands Apple Intelligence with AI-powered image generation and editing tools on supported iPhones.
Apple says iOS 27 also delivers faster app launches, quicker Photos loading, improved AirDrop speeds and new customization options for the Liquid Glass interface.

Step 1: Register your Apple ID at beta.apple.com.
Step 2: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Step 3: Tap Beta Updates.
