But if you have forgotten some things, let’s know about some rules laid down by FSSAI i.e. Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.

FSSAI Kitchen hygiene rules to avoid COVID infection: The risk of corona has started spreading again in the world. A new variant of corona has emerged. It's name is JN-1. Although this variant is not harmful for the time being, it is essential to take care of some things.

It is known to all about wearing masks, washing hands, and avoiding crowded places to stay away from the infection.

But if you have forgotten some things, let’s know some rules laid down by FSSAI i.e. Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.

Wipe down all the kitchen platforms and gas grills in your kitchen

Cleaning Kitchen Platforms

Also, clean the waste after making the morning and afternoon meals immediately. For this, cleaning equipment are available in the market. You can use them to clean it.

Make sure that the vessels are clean before using it. To stay away from any kind of infection or diseases, double check that the vessels and boxes are clean. Before using the vessels for eating, clean them well.

Like that, other than these set of rules there are other things that should be taken care of. Vegetables brought from the market should be kept in the refrigerator after cleaning. This prevents the increase of the infection.

Washing fruits

Whenever possible, packaged items that are purchased from the market should be wiped properly too. Also, some foods should be washed before eating.
