KGF 2 teaser to be launched on this date; Sanjay Dutt joins Yash in an action-packed tale

The much-awaited movie stars Yash in the lead role with Sanjay Dutt is a new addition to the franchise.

Director Prashanth Neel on Monday declared that he will release the teaser of his much-awaited film KGF: Chapter 2 on January 8.

Neel on his Twitter handle wrote, “A glance into the Empire. It might have taken a year longer for this, but we are coming stronger, bigger & deadlier! (sic).”

After delay due to the COVID-19 crisis, Prashanth Neel recently finished the shoot of the second part of the KGF in Hyderabad.

“Nothing short of a crazy, exhausting and fulfilling shoot. The best team hands down! @duttsanjay sir a true warrior in real life. @TheNameIsYash a treat to work with as always. An end to the climax shoot. Can’t wait for the world to see ‘KGF Chapter2’ only on the big screen (sic),” tweeted Prashanth.

The much-awaited movie stars Yash in the lead role with Sanjay Dutt is a new addition to the franchise. The Vastav actor has been roped in to play the antagonist Adheera. The other new stars to join the film are Prakash Raj and Raveena Tandon.

The two-part fictional drama hints the journey of India’s most feared criminal, Rocky. After losing his mother at an early age amid poverty and illness, Rocky develops a voracious urge for power. And his pursuit leads him to gold mines of Kolar and the war follows.
