Premaatur of 'Shah Rukh Khan’ to release before Salman Khan's Radhe

Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's body double Prashant Walde is ready with the release of his upcoming movie Premaatur on May 7, a week before Salman Khan's Radhe releases the screens on May 13. Besides acting, Prashant has written the story, screenplay and dialogues and also produced the film, which is co-produced by Shantanu Ghosh, Satya and Praveen Walde.

Prashant who hails from Nagpur has been working as Shah Rukh's body double for the past 15 years. He has worked with the superstar in films such as Om Shanti Om, Don, Chennai Express, Dear Zindagi, Raees, and Fan amongst others. Premaatur is pitched as a thriller, horror and romantic drama, and Prashant has dedicated the film to SRK.

The romantic-horror movie has been shot in UP’s heritage Charkhari Palace. Prashant who has also directed the action sequence for himself in the film once shared that his character in the movie has traces of Shah Rukh Khan’s role from his blockbuster Darr.

Meanwhile, Bollywood Dabbang star Salman Khan recently declared that his much-awaited Eid 2021 release Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will see a pay-per-view release in the digital platform along with its theatrical release on May 13. The filmmaker also launched the trailer of Salman’s action-packed movie few days pack.

The film is scheduled to open theatrically across all states in India where theatres are operational as per COVID protocols, and will be available on the premium pay-per-view service platform Zeeplex. Along with Salman Khan, Radhe also features Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in the lead roles. The trailer of Radhe has already garnered 10,638,807 views on YouTube.
