Even without a holiday release, the film opened to impressive numbers, ranking among Dhanush's strongest debuts. Tere Ishk Mein passes the Monday test

According to the latest report from Sacnilk, 'Tere Ishk Mein' earned ₹8.25 crore on its fourth day in theaters. This marks a slight decline in revenue, which was anticipated as it fell on a Monday. Nevertheless, the daily figures remain solid, showing steady momentum at the start of the week. On Sunday, the film achieved its highest single-day earnings of ₹19 crore, bringing its total box office collection to ₹60.25 crore. Tere Ishk Mein has now exceeded the total net earnings of Raanjhanaa (₹60.22 crore), which marked the previous theatrical collaboration between Dhanush and Aanand.

Concerning the movie

The movie centers on Mukti, portrayed by Kriti, a young woman who falls for Shankar (Dhanush), a passionate, unpredictable rebel. However, fate separates them before their romance can truly blossom. Struggling with the pain of loss, Shankar’s character turns vengeful, vowing to destroy all of Delhi in response to his shattered heart. Their turbulent and obsessive relationship lies at the heart of the story.

The movie is produced under the banners of Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow Productions, with joint production by Aanand L Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar. The music is composed by A.R. Rahman, and the song lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil.
