Pune, 6th June 2025: “We have been elected with a majority, to provide justice to the people. No injustice will be done to any group. We are ruling with unity. Ministers should present their opinions in cabinet meetings, and should not spread misunderstandings in the society. Sometimes there may be a quarrel, but we will find a way out of it,” Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar asserted on Friday.

A press conference was held after the inauguration of Shivrajyabhishek Day and the Covid Warrior Memorial in the Zilla Parishad. At that time, Pawar was speaking on the issue of diverting funds from other departments for the ‘Chief Minister’s Beloved Sister’ scheme.

“Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has commented on this. In the budget, 39  to 41 percent more funds have been given to the Social Justice Department. Ministers should present their opinions in the cabinet meetings. Then there will be no misunderstandings. Some people make mistakes. If you want to complain about someone, do it in front of everyone, so that we will also know,” Pawar said.

Pawar also said, "Information from various departments in the district council can now be viewed on WhatsApp. An app has also been created for the recruitment of Anganwadi workers. It will also benefit our beloved sisters."

In the backdrop of the differences in the Mahayuti in the backdrop of the local body elections, Ajit Pawar said, "All parties have the right to expand their organizations. At the time of filing the election applications, we will take a decision by taking all the parties in the Mahayuti into confidence."

Speaking on the dispute between Laxman Hake and Amol Mitkari, he said, "I did not like the conversation that took place between them at all. Politics in Maharashtra should be civilized. Everyone should follow the sequence of events while speaking."

Farmers suffered a lot due to heavy rain in the past few days. They have not yet received help from the government because the proposals have not been made.

Regarding this, Pawar said, "Instructions have been made in the cabinet meeting. Just like after the Panchnama, the proposals are received from the taluka to the district and from the divisional commissioners to the ministry, we are immediately approving them from the ministry. In many places, the cheques of the livestock victims have been sent.”
