Anubhuti 2024: Pune to Host 8th Edition of NHRDN HR Summit on December 14

Pune: The Pune Chapter of the National HRD Network (NHRDN) will host the 8th edition of its flagship annual HR summit, Anubhuti, on December 14, 2024, at Hyatt Hotel, Hinjewadi.

Bringing together over 150 HR professionals from diverse industries across India, the event aims to explore the rapidly evolving role of human resources in a dynamic business landscape.

With a focus on themes such as hybrid workforce management, inclusivity, and leadership for Gen Z, the day-long summit is designed for HR leaders, L&D professionals, academicians, and students seeking actionable insights and transformative strategies.

Prem Singh, President, Group HR, JK Organization, and National President of NHRDN, will deliver the inaugural address on HR leadership's future and the role of agility in business. Usha Singh, Regional President (West), NHRDN, will outline the summit’s thematic approach.

The summit will feature prominent speakers:

  • Amitabh Singh (CHRO, ICICI Home Finance)

  • Prachi Misra (Global L&D Head, Vanderlande)

  • Tina Rastogi (Global Head, HR, Cybage)

  • Arun Wakhlu (Founder Director, Pragati Leadership Institute)

  • Amita Karadkhedkar (Sr. VP - Banking Technology, TEDx Speaker)

  • Sukanya Patwardhan (Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development, Jade Global)

The discussions will delve into themes such as fostering diversity, managing hybrid teams, and nurturing next-generation leaders.

The Corporate Kotwal drama skit, a creative presentation, will theatrically highlight employee lifecycle challenges and solutions. Aman Rajabali, President, NHRDN Pune Chapter, will preside over the event.
