Bhosari: Youth Murdered by Six Juveniles Over Minor Altercation

Kiran accidentally bumped into one of the juveniles near his home. The juvenile, who was intoxicated, got into a heated argument with Kiran.

Pimpri: A minor altercation over a trivial issue led to a brutal murder. Enraged by the argument, six juveniles killed a young man.

The incident occurred at Shantinagar, Bhosari, on Saturday (20th) around 8:45 PM when the juveniles beat the young man with a wooden stick, causing severe head injuries that led to his death.

The deceased has been identified as Kiran Balu Lendghar (28, resident of Shantinagar, Bhosari). Harshal Balu Lendghar (32, resident of Borhade Wadi, Moshi) lodged a complaint at the Bhosari police station on Sunday (21st).

Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case under sections 103(1), 189(2)(4), 191(2), and 191(3), and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

According to the police, the incident started when Kiran accidentally bumped into one of the juveniles near his home. The juvenile, who was intoxicated, got into a heated argument with Kiran.

In a fit of rage, the juvenile, along with his accomplices, attacked Kiran with a wooden stick, hitting him on the head. Kiran collapsed in a pool of blood and was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
