Chocolate Trap: 60-Year-Old Held in Pune for Sexually Assaulting Two Minor Girls

Pune police have arrested a 60-year-old man for allegedly sexually assaulting two minor girls in the Mundhwa area.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, with many condemning the heinous act.

According to the police, the accused is a neighbor of the victims. On the day of the incident, the two minor girls were playing outside their house when the man lured them into his home by offering them chocolates. Once inside, he committed the crime.

The mother of one of the girls grew suspicious after noticing behavioral changes in her child. Upon learning about the assault, she immediately approached the Mundhwa Police Station and filed a complaint.

Senior officers, including the Deputy Commissioner of Police, visited the crime scene and initiated an investigation.

The accused was promptly arrested, and the police are conducting further inquiries.

The case has sparked widespread anger in the community, with citizens demanding stringent punishment for the perpetrator to deter such acts in the future.
