Pune: In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, Sahyadri Superspeciality Hospital, Deccan Gymkhana, organized a Walkathon—a symbolic initiative promoting women’s empowerment, health, and equality.
The event aimed to highlight key issues such as work-life balance, nutritional well-being, gender equality, and women’s safety. The Walkathon saw enthusiastic participation from the female employees of Sahyadri Hospital, Deccan, who dressed in comfortable sportswear with a touch of purple, symbolizing strength and empowerment.
The Walkathon commenced from Sahyadri Hospital, Deccan, and concluded at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Garden on JM Road. Upon reaching the destination, the participants engaged in insightful discussions led by industry experts:
