Pune Metro commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly, as metro operations will be temporarily halted on March 14, 2025, in observance of Dhulivandan. Pune Metro authorities have issued an official notification regarding the temporary suspension to prevent inconvenience to passengers.

Service Suspension Details:

  • Date: Friday, March 14, 2025

  • No Metro Services: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Regular Operations Resume: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

The afternoon and evening metro schedules will remain unchanged, allowing passengers to use the metro from 3:00 PM onwards. Pune Metro officials have urged daily commuters to plan their travel accordingly.

The decision has been taken considering the traditional celebrations of Dhulivandan, which often involve festive gatherings across the city. Similar operational adjustments have been observed in previous years as well.

Commuters relying on Pune Metro for their daily travel are advised to make alternative arrangements during the suspension hours and check for further updates from Pune Metro authorities if needed.
