Five Sub-Registrar Offices in Pune City to Remain Closed on Monday

Employees at these offices have been selected for training for assembly elections process.

Pune: Five sub-registrar offices in Pune city will remain closed on Monday as officers and staff will go for election training.

Two offices will remain closed on Tuesday. This information was given by the Department of Registration and Stamp Duty.

The commission appointed staff for the assembly elections. It also includes employees of the registration and stamp duty department.

These employees have been selected for training. Five offices — Haveli No. 2, 4, 12, 20 and 24 — will remain closed on Monday as there are no additional staff available to replace those employees.

Haveli number 1 and 3 will remain closed on Tuesday, the department said.
