Heart Attack in Car: Dr. Anup Roy, 38, Passes Away in Wanawadi

Incident occurred near Parmar Park Society, where passersby noticed that vehicle was still running with the driver inside in an unconscious state.

Pune: Dr. Anup Roy, a 38-year-old resident of Sahil Pride Society in Kamthe Patil Nagar, Yewalewadi, passed away due to a heart attack while in his car at Wanawadi.

The incident occurred near Parmar Park Society, where passersby noticed that the vehicle was still running with the driver inside in an unconscious state.

Senior Police Inspector Sanjay Patange of Wanawadi Police Station reported that concerned citizens promptly contacted the police control room.

The police swiftly responded and transported Dr. Roy to Sassoon Hospital. However, the doctors there confirmed that he had already succumbed to a heart attack.

The police identified Dr. Roy and contacted his wife using documents found in the vehicle. According to her, Dr. Roy had been dealing with high blood pressure for the past four to five years.
