Hinjewadi: Hiranandani Group Makes Pune Debut with ₹500 Cr Investment in 105-Acre Integrated Township

Hiranandani Group has announced its entry into Pune’s real estate market through a joint development partnership with Pune-based Krisala Developers.

Pune: In a landmark move, Niranjan Hiranandani Group has announced its entry into Pune’s real estate market through a 105-acre joint development partnership with Krisala Developers. The project, located in North Hinjewadi, will be developed under the Integrated Township Policy, encompassing residential, commercial, and retail spaces designed for modern urban living.

The project’s first phase, covering 30 acres, is expected to deliver 3 million square feet of real estate with an estimated investment of ₹500 crore and a projected turnover of ₹2,100 crore. The township will include a mix of apartments, villa plots, branded residences, and premium recreational amenities, catering to a wide spectrum of homebuyers, from first-time buyers to NRIs and investors.

This strategic collaboration brings together Krisala Developers’ deep-rooted local expertise and the Hiranandani Group’s legacy of innovation in real estate. The partnership aims to ensure a seamless integration of design, execution, and infrastructure development, setting a new benchmark in integrated townships.
