Pune: The Pune Public Policy Festival 2025 (PPPF 2025) will host Union Minister for Communications and Development of the North Eastern Region, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, as the keynote speaker on January 10, 2025.

Themed "Envisioning a $10 Trillion India," the two-day festival will take place at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and The Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, Pune.

PPPF 2025 promises to be a collaborative platform for policymakers, business leaders, and innovators to chart actionable pathways for India’s growth and development.

Day 1 of the event will feature insightful panel discussions addressing critical national challenges:

  • Sustainable Urban Growth and Resilience: Aseem Gupta, Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, and Anirudh Burman from Carnegie India will explore key urban development issues.

  • Science & Technology – Where Innovation Paves the Way: Leaders such as Swapnil Jain, Co-Founder and CTO of Ather Energy, and Ashish Dhawan, Founder and CEO of The Convergence Foundation, will highlight how innovation can drive India's progress.

The festival will focus on three major themes shaping India’s future: achieving a $10 trillion economy through strategic policymaking, capitalizing on the nation’s demographic advantage through education and innovation, and amplifying India’s global influence via cultural and digital advancements.
