Pune: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) working committee member Vijay Dakle has been expelled from the party.

Chandrakant Patil is contesting from Kothrud assembly constituency.

Dakle is contesting against the official candidate of the Mahayuti despite being told not to file his nomination papers against Patil.
