Pune: Following heavy rains last week, two days of clear weather have increased the vegetable supply, leading to a drop in prices for cucumbers, ridge gourds, bitter gourds, bell peppers, and peas. All leafy greens have also become more affordable.

Prices for watermelon, melon, and custard apple have increased, while lemon, sapodilla, and guava prices have decreased. Prices for pineapple, sweet lime, orange, pomegranate, and papaya remain stable.

Increased supply has led to a price drop for leafy greens like coriander, radish greens, amaranth, and chaulai. However, prices for sorrel have risen, while prices for methi, dill, spring onions, chard, mint, radish, chuka, and spinach remain stable.

Recent rains have led to the arrival of wet flowers at the market yard's flower market. Prices for marigolds have halved, while prices for other flowers remain stable.

At the Gultekdi Market Yard of the Pune Market Committee, 100 trucks of vegetables arrived from the state and neighboring states. Compared to last week, the supply of vegetables has increased.
