Around 8,500 candidates who have cleared the online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) are participating in the rally. The candidates are from districts across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa and are appearing for various Agniveer categories, including Agniveer Clerk.

Candidates are required to clear different stages of the recruitment process, including physical fitness tests and other assessments. The large turnout has led the Army and district administration to coordinate arrangements to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Essential facilities have been provided at the recruitment venue, including a medical aid centre, drinking water, rest areas, mobile toilets and sanitation arrangements. Crowd-management measures have also been put in place to assist the large number of candidates attending the rally.

The recruitment rally has recorded more than 90 per cent attendance, reflecting the strong interest among young people seeking an opportunity to join the Indian Army through the Agniveer scheme.
