Maharashtra SSC, HSC 2021 exam schedule out; check dates here

Maharashtra HSC and SSC board exam dates were released on Thursday

Pune: The School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad declared the exam dates of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) on Thursday. The minister informed that Class 10 boards written examination will be conducted between April 29-May 31, while the Class 12 boards written exams will be conducted from April 23-May 29.

Varsha Gaikwad, Education Minister of the state on her Twitter wrote, “Written exams of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Class X will be held from April 29, 2021, to May 31, 2021. Results are expected to be announced in the last week of August 2021. All exams would be conducted in compliance with the COVID-19 norms.”

Informing about HSC exams, the Minister tweeted, “Written exams of Higher Secondary School Certificate (H.S.C) Class XII will be held from April 23, 2021, to May 29, 2021. Results will be announced in the last week of July 2021. All exams would be conducted in compliance with the COVID-19 norms.”

Schools in Maharashtra were reopened from January 4 for classes 9 to 12 with COVID-19 restrictions.

The board examinations are generally during held in the months of February and March. However, this year the exams were postponed amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
