Meet-and-Greet Gathering of Devadasis and Transgenders Organised on Sunday

Pune: On the occasion of Diwali, a meet-and-greet of Devadasis and transgenders has been organized by Chandadevi Charitable Trust.

The rally will be held at Manglya Auditorium near Datta Mandir in Budhwar Peth at 11.30 am on Sunday.

Swami Govindgiri Maharaj, treasurer of the Shri Ram Temple Trust in Ayodhya, will be the chief guest.

Agarwal said at a press conference on Thursday. Around 800 devadasis and transgenders will attend the rally. A breast cancer screening camp will be held at this time.

Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar and Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare Vishal Londhe will also be present on the occasion, Agarwal said. CA Radheshyam Agarwal was present on the occasion.
