Meanwhile, an area of 13,447 square feet of unauthorized construction obstructing traffic from Navale Bridge to Bhumkar Chowk in the Narhe (Haveli Taluka) area was demolished using two JCB machines."

PMRDA had recently launched an aggressive crackdown on illegal pubs, bars, and restaurants in Mulshi Taluka.

On July 18, PMRDA targeted the Pirangut area, demolishing unauthorized constructions of four establishments: Saiba Bar, Sonali Resto Bar, Gypsy Resto Bar, and Atharva Resto Bar. This operation resulted in the demolition of approximately 21,124 square feet of illegal construction.

On July 19, PMRDA shifted its operation to the Bhugaon and Bhukum areas, where they demolished six unauthorized establishments: Drunk in Lake, Sandalwood, Banyard Bistro, Rajhans Resto and Bar, T2 Bar, and Taps and Talks. This demolition covered about 28,555 square feet of illegal construction.
