No More Office Visits! PMRDA Makes 10 Key Services Available Online

Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act mandates transparent, efficient, and time-bound delivery of government services. These services have been made available by PMRDA since February 1.

Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has launched 10 online services to ensure efficient and hassle-free government services for citizens. These services, introduced under the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, have been available since February 1.

The initiative allows citizens to obtain various certificates and approvals online without visiting government offices. The Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act mandates transparent, efficient, and time-bound delivery of government services. In compliance with these directives, PMRDA has made 10 key services available online to simplify administrative processes.

According to PMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase, citizens can access and apply for these services through the official PMRDA website (https://www.pmrda.gov.in). The goal is to reduce physical visits to government offices and provide a seamless online experience for obtaining essential documents and certificates.

List of Online Services Now Available

Citizens can now apply for the following services from home:

  • Building Permission – Approval for construction projects.

  • Plinth Measurement Certificate – Certification for foundation-level construction measurements.

  • Occupancy Certificate – Approval to occupy a newly constructed building.

  • Zoning Certificate – Document verifying land use classification.

  • Subdivision Plan – Approval for land division and planning.

  • Transfer of Allocated Plots and Apartments – Permission to transfer ownership of government-allotted housing units.

  • Inheritance Registration for Housing Units – Legal registration of inherited property in housing schemes.

  • No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for Loans – Required for availing loans on government-allocated housing units.

  • Preliminary Fire NOC – Initial fire safety clearance for buildings.

  • Final Fire NOC – Final approval for fire safety compliance.

Citizens can visit the official PMRDA website to apply for the above services. The online platform ensures faster processing, reduces paperwork, and minimizes the need for physical visits to government offices.
