Pune: Persistent Systems has been awarded the 2024 ISG Star of Excellence Overall Award for superior customer experience. The award was conferred by Information Services Group (ISG).

In addition to the Overall Award, Persistent received accolades in three key categories:

  • Outstanding Service in the Americas Region

ISG’s Star of Excellence Awards evaluate service providers based on feedback from enterprise customers across six critical pillars: collaboration, delivery, business continuity, governance, innovation, and cultural fit.

Persistent was the only provider to secure wins in four categories, cementing its position as a leader in customer satisfaction and innovation.
