Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a rally in Pune tomorrow. The traffic department of the Pune police had blocked roads in the city centre on November 11 (Monday) evening.
The road leading to Deccan from Balgandharva Chowk had been closed, leading to a major traffic jam at Balgandharva Chowk. Due to this congestion, people were stuck in this intersection for the half to a quarter of an hour.
Even as people were in a hurry to go home after leaving work, the traffic jam left people angry.
