Pune police have acquired key CCTV footage related to the case of Gaurav Ahuja and Bhagyesh Oswal, who were caught urinating and engaging in indecent behavior at Yerawada Chowk. Investigations have revealed that both individuals had consumed alcohol at bars in Mundhwa and Koregaon Park before the incident.

CCTV Footage Reveals Bar Visits Before Incident

The police have retrieved surveillance footage that confirms Ahuja and Oswal’s presence at multiple establishments. Authorities are actively analyzing the footage to trace their movements and verify their activities leading up to the incident.

After the public nuisance incident at Yerawada Chowk, Gaurav Ahuja traveled to Karad, where he recorded and released an apology video. He later surrendered to the police. Additionally, reports indicate that he had altered the number plate of his BMW before turning himself in. The police have now seized his vehicle as part of the investigation.

Medical Reports Confirm Alcohol Consumption

Further inquiries are being conducted to determine the locations the duo visited before the incident. The police have already obtained CCTV footage from a pub where Ahuja was seen earlier that night. He was reportedly at a restaurant located on Koregaon Park – Mundhwa Road in Pune.

Ahuja and Oswal had visited multiple pubs and restaurants before the incident. However, details regarding any possible findings inside Ahuja’s BMW have not yet been disclosed.

The police conducted medical tests after arresting both individuals, and Bhagyesh Oswal’s test results confirmed the presence of alcohol in his blood. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue gathering evidence.
