Pune: EPAM Systems Bolsters Indian Operations with LEED Platinum-Certified Facility in Baner

The facility is designed to host events, meetups, and client showcases while serving as Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) for EPAM’s global clientele.

Pune: EPAM Systems has opened a new state-of-the-art office in Baner, Pune. The LEED Platinum-certified facility will accommodate more than 2,000 employees, underscoring EPAM’s commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainability in its Indian operations.

The Pune facility is EPAM’s third major expansion in India this year, following the inauguration of new offices in Bengaluru and Chennai.

With India serving as the company’s second-largest delivery center globally, EPAM continues to leverage the nation’s vast talent pool to meet growing customer demand while advancing its mission to build the ‘Home of Modern Engineer.’

“This new office in Pune represents a significant milestone in EPAM’s commitment to creating collaborative workspaces that inspire innovation and problem-solving,” said Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director at EPAM India.

“With this thoughtfully designed facility, we aim to support our growing team in transforming bold ideas into reality.”

The facility is designed to host events, meetups, and client showcases while serving as Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) for EPAM’s global clientele.

Additionally, the office’s eco-friendly design reflects EPAM’s dedication to sustainability, featuring energy-efficient underfloor air conditioning, recycled furniture, and ergonomic interiors.

EPAM’s Indian workforce has grown significantly, from 1,000 employees to nearly 9,600 today. As a trusted partner for Forbes Global 2000 companies, the company remains focused on nurturing talent and expanding its footprint in India to drive its global delivery capabilities.
