2 assaulted for not being allowed to play cricket

Pune: A group of youths allegedly assaulted two brothers who opposed them playing cricket at an open space in Vadgaon Budruk on Sunday. Police have arrested two of the accused. Satish Ubale (43) has lodged an FIR in this regard with Sinhagad Road police station. The arrested persons have been identified as Nitin Gautam Bhalerao (27) of Vadgaon Budruk and Akshay Sakpal (21) of Kondhwa. Police have also booked 10 others. 

The incident took place near Kamladevi Hospital and Shweta Apartment. On Saturday afternoon, Satish and his brother Sanjay were standing there when the accused came and argued with them for not allowing them to play. Later, they called their friends and beat up the Ubale brothers.
