Pune, 30th June 2026: A massive fire broke out at a Hyundai spare parts store located next to Yadav Petrol Pump on Pune-Ahilyanagar Road on Monday afternoon, completely destroying the stock kept inside the shop. No injuries were reported in the incident.
According to the Fire Brigade, the blaze started suddenly in the building housing the Hyundai spare parts store. After receiving the alert, firefighting teams immediately rushed to the spot and launched an operation to contain the flames.
Fire engines from Yerawada Fire Station and the PMRDA Fire Department, along with water tankers, were pressed into service. Firefighters battled the blaze using multiple hose lines and eventually brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading to nearby structures.
The fire completely gutted the spare parts stored inside the shop, causing significant property damage. Officials said the exact cause of the fire has not yet been established, and an investigation is underway.
