MSRTC to start Pune-Indore bus service today

PUNE: The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) is starting inter-state direct bus service from Pune to Indore from Monday. 

The service will help hundreds of people of Indore and nearby cities to reach their destination without paying more to the private bus service operators. 

According to officials, the bus service will be available from Shivajinagar. The bus will depart from Pune at 6 am every day and take 10 to 12 hours to reach Indore and similarly the bus will depart from Indore at 6 am. The fare of the bus is Rs 735.

The bus will reach Indore via Sangamner, Shirdi, Manmad, Malegaon, Dhule, Shirpur, Sendhwa and Mahu. Tickets are also available online.
