PMPML expands six routes, improves Metro last mile connectivity

PMPML has appealed that students, women, office goers, senior citizens should take benefit of these newly expanded routes.

Pune: Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has announced expansion of six routes.

These routes are Dighi to Pimpri Metro Station, Narhe Gaon to Civil Court Metro Station, Swargate to Bageshree Society (Nanded City), Hadapsar to Mastani Lake (Wadki), Sector 12 to Nashik Phata Metro Station, and Mukai Chowk to Hinjawadi. PMPML has appealed that students, women, office goers, senior citizens should take benefit of these newly expanded routes.

Dighi to Pimpri Metro Station route (B1) will have a new bus plying on road at a regular interval of 90 minutes. Narhe Gaon to Civil Court Metro Station route (Number 17) will have nine new buses running at an interval of 20 minutes.

Swargate to Bageshree Society (Nanded City) route (Number 118) will have one additional bus running at an interval of two hours. Hadapsar to Mastani Lake (Wadki) route (Number 190) will have two buses running at an interval of 90 minutes.

Sector 12 to Nashik Phata Metro Station route (Number 356) will have one new bus running at an interval of 1.45 hours. Mukai Chowk to Hinjawadi route (Number 375) will have two new buses running at an interval of 1.45 hours, PMPML has announced.

PMPML has also announced free pass for municipal school students in Pune city. PMPML administration has appealed that all the students should take advantage of it.
