PMPML revives Twitter account

ST CORRESPONDENT

Pune: The PMPML has revived its Twitter account on Wednesday which was not operational since February 23 this year. The account was started after an activist raised the question about it to Nayana Gunde, CMD of the transport body
.
Activist Dattatray Phadtare had filed a written complaint to Gunde on November 13 and demanded to start the Twitter account which the passengers can use to register complaints/suggestions directly to the body without waiting for helpline number. Thus, now passengers can raise their voice against the body on @PMPMLpune. “I had requested CMD to start the account,” said Phadtare.

The PMPML tweets, “The citizens who are using their twitter account for registering the grievances are requested to provide either your e-mail ID or mobile no. so that we could make a proper feedback through our system. OR call us at-02024545454 or complaints@pmpml.org is our portal for this purpose.”
