Pune: Check how students can register ‘Online Grievances’ for backlog subject exam

Pune: Many students while giving their exams complained about the disfunctioned system of the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). But now, the varsity has improvised its online system for backlog exams.

Now, students will be able to register their problems by selecting one of the eight options in their “Student Login” if they find any difficulty in the exams.

Pune University is conducting backlog and grade improvement examination which began recently. The results will be declared without waiting for the completion of all the exams.

Many students during the final year examinations recently faced multiple technical difficulties. They were reporting it to the help desk but didn’t received any satisfactory

answer.

The students took 4 to 5 hours to write a one-hour examination. Hence, this has been rectified after the management faced backlash because of errors during the final year examinations.

Many complaints such as log in, different subject question paper,error while submitting the question paper.

If students have technical difficulties in the backlog or grade improvement exams, they can go to student login and click on “Online Exam Grievances”.

Dr Mahesh Kakade, Director of Examinations said, “Eight options have been given for non-appearance of figures, non-subject questions, and non-submission of papers”.

He further added, “The results for the particular paper will be out within 24 hours of the examination being conducted. Although the backlog examination will run till December 23, the University will display results within 24 hours”.
