Pune Crime News: Three Women Rescued in Hadapsar Spa Raid; Manager Arrested

Crime Branch’s Anti-Human Trafficking Unit cracks down on alleged prostitution racket operating from local spa

Pune, 14 February 2026: The Crime Branch’s Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) raided a spa centre in Hadapsar and rescued three women who were allegedly being forced into prostitution. The spa manager has been arrested in connection with the case.

Police said they received specific information that prostitution was being carried out at White Pearl Spa in the Hadapsar area. After verifying the tip-off, officials sent a decoy customer to confirm the activity. Once the information was established, the team conducted a raid at the premises.

During the operation, police rescued three women and arrested the spa manager, identified as Saurabh Shyamrao Ingle (28), a resident of Kalepadal, Hadapsar. A case has been registered at Hadapsar Police Station, and further investigation is underway.

The action was carried out by the Crime Branch’s AHTU team under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police Nikhil Pingale and Assistant Commissioner Shankar Khatke. The raid was executed by a team led by Police Inspector Chhagan Kapse.
