Pune, 3rd October 2025: Repair work on Garware Bridge will lead to temporary traffic restrictions in Pune this afternoon. Fergusson College Road will remain closed between 1 PM and 4 PM to facilitate the maintenance work.

Traffic moving from Jangli Maharaj Road toward Goodluck Chowk via Garware Bridge, and vehicles heading to Fergusson Road from Khandoji Baba Chowk, will not be allowed during this time.

As alternatives, commuters have been advised to continue straight from Khandoji Baba Chowk or take a left toward Prabhat Road to reach their destinations. Diversions may also be enforced from Jhansi Rani Chowk toward Khandoji Baba Chowk if necessary.

Pune Traffic Police have appealed to citizens to use the suggested routes and cooperate during the repair work to avoid congestion in the area.
