Pune, 5th December 2025: Ticket prices of Flights from Pune to major Indian cities have shoot up as Indigo continues to struggle with serious operational problems for the fourth consecutive day. With more than 700 flights cancelled across the country, air travel from Pune has also been severely disrupted and passengers are facing unusually high fares.
According to travel portals, the Pune–Mumbai ticket price has touched an unbelievable ₹61,000. Fares to Delhi are around ₹27,000, while Pune–Bengaluru flights are being sold for nearly ₹49,000. These sudden spikes have come after Indigo’s recurring operational challenges forced it to reduce flights sharply.
Today alone, more than 600 Indigo flights across India were cancelled, a number even higher than the previous days. With fewer flights available, other airlines have increased their fares significantly, leaving passengers with no affordable options.
Travellers from Pune say they have been hit hard by the crisis. With limited seats and soaring prices, many are now either postponing their travel plans or looking for alternative routes.
