Pune: The water supply department of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced that areas under the Wadgaon Pumping Station will not receive drinking water supply for the entire day on Thursday (February 25).

The areas which come under the Wadgaon Pumping Station are as follows: Hingne, Anand Nagar, Wadgaon, Dhayari, Ambegaon Pathar, Dattanagar, Dhankawadi, Katraj, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Kondhwa Budruk, etc.

PMC has also informed that on Friday (February 26) drinking water supply in these areas may be done with low pressure and late morning. PMC has appealed to citizens to take note of the changes in water supplies and cooperate with the civic body.

The Wadgaon pumping station will be under maintenance and repair on Thursday, the PMC stated.
