A significant number of aspirants are arriving at the headquarters every day for the recruitment drive. To ensure smooth conduct of the process and maintain security, police have decided to restrict vehicle movement on key internal stretches until February 17.

The road from the main entrance of the Superintendent of Police office on Pashan Road to Purandar Hall on Baner Road will remain closed to vehicular traffic. Similarly, the stretch from the petrol pump entrance on Pashan Road to the Baner Road entry point has also been shut during the specified hours.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Himmat Jadhav appealed to motorists to cooperate and use alternative routes. He said drivers should take the diversion via Acharya Anand Rishiji Chowk near Savitribai Phule Pune University to avoid inconvenience.
