Today, on 4th April, the maximum temperature reached 35°C, while the minimum temperature settled at 18.1°C. The cooler night and moderate daytime temperature reflected the impact of recent rainfall across the city.

However, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast thunderstorms accompanied by lightning for today. Citizens have been advised to remain alert as sudden weather activity could affect normal routines.

Looking ahead, this relief is expected to fade quickly. From tomorrow, both day and night temperatures are likely to rise steadily, with maximum temperatures predicted to touch 40°C by next weekend, while minimum temperatures may remain above 20°C, signaling intensifying summer conditions.
