Sakal Times

Pune: Following the blockage of parking bays due to several continuous flights at Pune airport on Wednesday, several passengers faced inconvenience around midnight. Some of the passengers expressed their anger through social media platforms.

An IndiGo flight, which landed at Pune from Jaipur, could not offload its passengers for almost an hour, which forced the passengers to sit idle in the aircraft. The helpless passengers called it a management failure.

Aadi Mahajani, a passenger and resident of Pune, called the airport service pathetic. “Can’t even maintain decking of flights! Waiting for getting decked at Pune airport for the past half and hour! Pathetic,” he wrote.

Another passenger said that the flight from Jaipur landed in Pune at around 12 midnight and passengers were sitting in the aircraft for over an hour. Following this, passengers also faced problems at the airport as several passengers from different aircraft landed at the same time.
