All India Senior Badminton from Sept 11

PUNE: Shuttlers from across the nation will be seen in action during the Yonex Sunrise VV Natu Memorial All India Senior Ranking Badminton Championship from September 11 to 16 at Modern Sports Complex.

The tournament is organised in the memory of Late Dajisaheb Natu. The Qualifying round will take place on September 11-12 while the main draw will start the following day. 

The tournament has received 572 entries in the men’s section while in the girls section the confirmed number of entries are 146.

The event will be played in singles, doubles and mixed doubles categories. 

Pratul Joshi is the top seeded player in the men’s section while amongst the girls, Anura Pradhudesai has got the top billing. 

Aakarshi Kashyap from Raipur  who had won the Sushant Chipalkatti Memorial Junior Grand Prix International Badminton Championship is seeded third.
