Bhagat, Wani clinch titles

PUNE: Arjun Bhagat defeated Yashraj Kadam 22-20, 17-21, 21-17 to clinch the title in the Under-11 category of the 10th PYC Amanora Cup PYC-HTBA Badminton Tournament which concluded at PYC Hindu Gymkhana on Friday.

In the Under-13 final, first seed Pratham Wani defeated third seeded Aadya Parasnis with the score of 21-12, 23-21. Meanwhile in the Under-17 final, Kedar Bhide defeated Pratik Dharmadhikari 21-17, 21-14 to lay hands on the title.

In the girls battle, Jidnyasa Chaudhari beat Reva Nilangekar 24-22, 21-15 to win the Under-11 title.

Boys: 
Under-11: Arjun Bhagat bt Yashraj Kadam 22-20, 17-21, 21-17.
Under-13: 1-Pratham Wani bt 3-Aadya Parasnis 21-12, 23-21.
Under-17: Kedar Bhide bt Pratik Dharmadhikari 21-17, 21-14.

Girls: 
Under-11: Jidnyasa Chaudhari bt Reva Nilangekar 24-22, 21-15.
Under-13: Sanika Patankar bt 1-Raksha Panchang 21-12, 21-14
Under-15: 1-Tara Shah bt Riya Habbu 21-12, 21-17.
