Chintamani Nimhan wins in Damle cricket

Pune: Chintamani Nimhan CA secured a 41-run victory over Champs in the Captain SV Damle Cricket Tournament at Cricket Next Academy Ground on Saturday.

Aditya Jadhav led from the front scroing 75 runs in 60 balls for Chintamani Nimhan CA, which helped them to put 144 runs on the board for the loss of 8 wickets in alloted 20 overs. Other top scorer for Chintamani Nimhan was Akshat Naresh, who scored 25 runs.

In reply, Champs were bowled out for 103 runs in 18.2 overs. Rusabh Pant, who scored 44 in 31 balls, gave some hope to his team but he lacked support from the other end, as his team suffered a 41-run defeat.
Brief Scores: Chintamani Nimhan CA  144 for 8 in 20 overs (Aditya Jadhav 75, Harsh Sarda 2-21) beat Champs 103 all in 18.2 overs (R Parikh 44 (31b), A Naresh 2-14).
