Pune: First seed Eesha Joshi from Pune defeated city mate second seed Saloni Shah 9-11,11-7,11-8,9-11,11-6,11-13,11-9 to clinch the title in the women’s singles battle of the 2nd District Ranking Table Tennis Tournament being played at Radiant Sports Academy, Kothrud on Wednesday.

In the men’s singles final, Sanat Bokil beat Shounak Shinde 11-6,16-14,11-5,11-6.

Men: Finals: 1-Sanat Bokil bt 7-Shounak Shinde 11-6,16-14,11-5,11-6.
Semi-finals: 1-Sanat Bokil bt 5-Rajat Kadam 11-8,11-4,11-8,8-11,11-5; 7-Shounak Shinde bt 3-Rishab Sawant 8-11,11-6,11-9,12-10,5-11,5-11,11-7.
Women: Final: 1-Eesha Joshi bt 2-Saloni Shah 9-11,11-7,11-8,9-11,11-6,11-13,11-9.
Semi-finals: 1-Eesha Joshi bt 4-Shruti Gabhane 11-7,11-13,11-7,11-4,11-6; 2-Saloni Shah bt Swapnali Narle 11-9,7-11,6-11,11-4,9-11,12-10,11-5.
