Inspire Terminators are the champions of BNI Quest League

PUNE: Inspire Terminators defeated Team Winners by six wickets in the final of the BNI Quest 2020 cricket league which was played at HotFut Sports Complex in Koregaon Park.

The event was organised by BNI Pune East- BNI Pune North, Suratwala Business group and PCB’s Aero Hub.

Batting first, Team Winners managed to put on 68 runs for the loss of seven wickets. Chasing the required target, Varad Karve from the Inspire Terminators displayed a good game as he scored 49 runs in 18 balls to help his team clinch the title.

He was given the man of the match award. Ruchita Jain (7 wickets) was the women of the series while Swapnil Lodha (218 runs) was given the man of the series award. 

Meanwhile Deccan Royals won the ‘Fair Play Team’ title.

Also present on the occasion were MLA Sunil Tingre and ex-Indian cricketer Chandu Borde who cheered the players.
