Karkare and Mary take honours in half-marathon

Pune: Anuj Karkare in men’s and Tanya Mary in women’s emreged as the fastest runners in the half marathon in the NIO Vision Run, which took place in the city on Sunday.

Anuj completed the run in 1 hour 37 minutes and 44 seconds while Tanya took 1 hour 48 minutes and 28 seconds to finish in top 
positions.

In men’s, Suraj Kalyankar and Vijay Gaikwad bagged second and third place as they completed the run in one hour 38 minutes and 26 seconds and one hour 38 minutes and 50 seconds respectively.

Senior Category:
